Before Getting Started:
- Take a proper backup of all your important data like contacts, call logs, texts, images, videos, audio files, market apps, internet settings, calendar info, EFS folder, IMEI / NVRAM data etc before proceeding to the installation guide.

- By rooting your device, you will lose the warranty of your Samsung Galaxy J2 2015
- Enable USB Debugging Mode by navigating to Settings > Developer Options.
- The battery level of your Galaxy J2 should be charged at least about 70% to avoid unexpected shutdowns.

Steps to Root the Samsung Galaxy J2 2015 with SuperSU:
Step No 1:- First, download the SuperSU package from the above link on the desktop of your PC.
Step No 2:- Connect your Galaxy J2 with your PC using the USB cord.
Step No 3:- Copy/paste the SuperSU package from your PC to your Galaxy J2.
Step No 4:- Once the SuperSU is transferred, unplug the USB cord and turn OFF the phone in order to boot into Recovery Mode.
Step No 5:- From Recovery menu, choose “install zip from SD card” -> “choose zip from SD card”.
Step No 6:- Choose the SuperSU file and follow the on-screen prompts to finish the flashing process.
Step No 7:- Once done, navigate to the main menu of Recovery and select “reboot system now”.
