Before Getting Started:
- Backup all your existing data and settings on the Note 3 before starting the installation process via Google Sync service etc.
- Download and install correct USB Drivers for the Note 3 (SM-900) on your PC.
- Enable USB Debugging mode on the device from Settings > Developer Options
- Verify the battery level of your Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900), it should be charged at least about 80% before proceeding to installation guide.

Steps to Update Galaxy Note 3 to Android 5.0 N900XXUEBOB2 Official Lollipop Firmware using Odin 3.09:
Follow the given instructions to start updating the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-900 to the latest official Android 5.0 Lollipop firmware:
Step No 1:- Download and extract the Android 5.0 N900XXUEBOB2 Lollipop Firmware .zip file from the above link on the desktop of your PC.
Step No 2:- Also extract the Odin flashing tool and you’ll get Odin3 v.3.09.exe.
Step No 3:- Turn OFF the Galaxy Note 3 in order to boot into Download Mode.
Step No 4:- Turn it ON by pressing and holding Home + Power + Volume Down buttons at the same time.
Step No 5:- Launch Odin tool on the PC as Administrator.
Step No 6:- Now plug your Galaxy Note 3 with the PC via its USB data cable. If the USB drivers are properly installed on the PC then Odin will detect the device in a while and the ID: COM will turn light blue with COM port number in Odin.
Step No 7:- In Odin, click on AP button, find the firmware file which you have extracted previously and select it.
Step No 8:- Make sure that you’ve checked Auto Reboot and F.Reset Time options in Odin and the Re-Partition option must be unchecked. Do not load the PIT file inside the firmware zip file as it will re-partition the device.
Step No 9:- Finally, click the Start button to begin the installation process in Odin. This process will take some time. Wait for the firmware flashing to finished.
Step No 10:- The Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900 will be rebooted automatically once the process is completed.
Step No 11:- Unplug the phone from the PC after the home-screen appears after rebooting.
Done! You’ve successfully updated Galaxy Note 3 to Android 5.0 Lollipop update with the latest official build N900XXUEBOB2 using ODIN.
