Steps to Manually Update SONY Xperia S with Android 5.0.1 Lollipop nAOSProm:
Step No 1:- First of all download the update package on your PC from the given above link on the desktop of your PC but don’t unzip it.
Step No 2:- Now connect your Xperia S with your PC using its USB data cable.
Step No 3- Move the Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update file from PC the SD card of your phone.
Step No 4:- Disconnect the Xperia S after copying the firmware file.

When in try to install this on Xperia SL, I get the following message : This package is for “nozomi” devices: this is a “LT26ii” and the installation is aborted. This does not work on Xperial SL.

Okay.. so i followed all the procedure to the dot.. and voila now i have Lollipop on my xperia SL… but while installing TWRP, i had to use the file for Xperia S, hence now in About -> my phone is showed as Xperia S. But i finally got Android Lollipop.
does someone know how to install CMW after having this rom? please help
