This ROM has not been officially released by HTC as it is developed by the third-party developers and is based on the latest AOSP release. Note:
This guide containing Android 5.0.2 Resurrection Remix ROM is only working with the HTC One X. Do not try to flash this ROM on any other or incorrect variant. You can check the model number of your device by going to Settings > About Phone.

Before Getting Started:
- Take a proper backup of your data and settings on your HTC One X using a recommended custom recovery like CWM or TWRP before proceeding to the installation guide.
- Download and install HTC One X USB Drivers on the PC.
- Make sure that your device is rooted with a latest custom recovery (CWM) already installed.
- The bootloader of your phone must be unlocked.
- Check the battery level of your device, it should have at least about 80% of charge.
Required Files:
Steps to Install Android 5.0.2 Lollipop on HTC One X with CyanogenMod based Resurrection Remix ROM:
Step No 1:- First, extract the Android 5.0.2 Resurrection Remix Lollipop custom ROM (cm-Resurrection_Remix_LP_v5.2.9-20150115-endeavoru.zip) on the desktop of your PC to get the boot.img file.
Step No 2:- Now, plug your HTC One X to the PC and mount the USB Mass Storage of the phone.
Step No 3:- Transfer the Android 5.0.2 Resurrection Remix ROM zipped file that you’ve already downloaded from the above link, to the root folder of your SD Card.
Step No 4:- After that, transfer the boot.img file to android-sdk-windowsplatform-tools directory on your PC.
Step No 5:- Once the files are copied, turn OFF the device in order to boot into Bootloader/Fastboot Mode.
Step No 6:- Turn ON the One X while pressing and holding the Volume Down and Power keys at the same time.
Step No 7:- While your HTC One X is now into Fastboot Mode. Go to the android-sdk-windowsplatform-tools folder and within that launch Command Prompt, then type the following command and press enter:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
Step No 8:- Now type this command and hit enter:
fastboot reboot
Step No 9:- Select the BOOTLOADER option from RECOVERY by following the on-screen instructions.
Step No 10:- In CWM Recovery, select Wipe data/Factory Reset to perform full data wipe. Then Wipe Cache Partition and Wipe Dalvik Cache too.
Step No 11:- Go back to the main menu of Recovery and choose install zip from SD card > choose zip from sdcard.
Step No 12:- Locate the Android5.0.2 Resurrection Remix custom ROM zipped file which you have already transferred to the root folder of your SD Card on the phone. Start the ROM installation process by confirming on the next screen.
Step No 13:- Install Google Apps (GApps) by repeating the same procedure as given above.
Step No 14:- After the ROM and Gapps installation is completed, choose “+++++Go Back+++++” and from the Recovery Menu, select Reboot System Now.
The HTC One X will be rebooted and may take about 5 to 6 minutes while booting up for first time after installing ROM and Google Apps.
Done! You have successfully updated HTC One X to Android 5.0.2 Lollipop via Resurrection Remix ROM

The same problem I got. I ended up using it without all the Google-stuff.
I tried to install it but when I reboot I receive the following error message: Root accesspossibly lost. Fix?.

in my case I choose Yes but it doesn’t work for me.
after install i think my phone stuck on boot logo
