Before Getting Started:
- Take a proper backup of all your important data of the OnePlus One before proceeding to the installation guide using a recommended custom recovery like TWRP.
- Enable USB Debugging Mode on your OnePlus One by navigating to Settings > Developer Options.
- Check the battery level of your OnePlus One, it should be charged at least about 70% to prevent unexpected shutdowns while installation.

Steps to Install Android 5.0.2 CM12S Lollipop on OnePlus One
Step No 1:- First, download the Android 5.0.2 CM12S Lollipop firmware (cm-12.0-YNG1TAS0YL-bacon-signed.zip) from the above given links on the desktop of your PC.
Step No 2:- Connect the OnePlus One with the PC using its USB data cable and transfer the downloaded firmware to the root folder of your SD Card on the phone.
Step No 3:- Turn OFF the phone in order to boot into Recovery Mode.
Step No 4:- Next, turn ON the phone while pressing and holding Volume Down + Power keys at the same time to enter into recovery mode.
Step No 5:- While your device is now in TWRP Recovery, navigate to the main menu of recovery and choose Backup and do a swipe on the Swipe to Back Up option on the bottom of the screen to create backup.
Step No 6:- Go back to the main recovery screen and select Wipe option and after that swipe on the Swipe to Factory Reset option.
Step No 7:- Next, choose Install then locate the CM12S firmware file that you’ve already transferred to the root folder of your SD Card, select it and tap on Swipe to Confirm Flash option to begin the installation process. This process might take some time, so wait until the installation is successfully finished.
Step No 8:- Finally, Select Reboot > System to reboot the phone.
