Before Getting Started:
- It is highly recommended to take a proper backup of your important data and settings on your Galaxy S4 using a custom recovery. If something goes wrong then you’ll be able to restore the data.
- Download and install correct Galaxy S4 I9500 USB Drivers on the PC.
- Enable USB Debugging Mode on your phone by navigating to Settings > Developer Options > check the USB Debugging option.

Step No 1:- First, download the Android 5.0.1 I9500XXUHOAA for Galaxy S4 .zip file and Odin3 v3.09 on the desktop of the PC.
Step No 2:- Turn OFF the Galaxy S4 in order to boot into Download Mode.
Step No 3:- Turn ON the device while pressing and holding Volume Down + Home keys at the same time and then press the Power key when the Samsung logo appears.
Step No 4:- Run Odin on the PC (as Administrator).

Step No 10:- Disconnect the phone from the PC after the home screen displays.
