Step No 1:- First of all, download Android 5.0.1 firmware and Odin flashing tool zipped files from the above links on the desktop of your PC.

Step No 2:- Extract the firmware and Odin zipped files.

Step No 3:- Now, turn OFF your Galaxy S4 in order to boot into Download Mode.

Step No 4:- Turn ON the device while pressing and holding Home + Power + Volume Down keys at the same time.

Step No 11:- Once the installation process is successfully finished, the phone will restart automatically. This process will take a few minutes.

Step No 12:- Disconnect the Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 after the home screen appears on the screen.

      I but AP alone in the first (odin) then CP alone then CSC
      Without BL and my mobile work in good way with LTE also

    Hi, I download 5.0.1 android in my s4 i9505 and it’s work 100%.
    But I have Q?
    When I download i worked like this used AP 1st then CP 2nd then CSC 3rd one by one on odin and without use BL
    Q….Not use BL will be a problem in Future or what?

    Note this section: Important
    Ok so reflashed the files with re-partition actually ticked in odin this time and wifi is working, so the pit file and re-partition is a must for working wifi . ( thx to @kingears )
    if u wan’t to revert back to KK don’t flash the Bootloader ( thx to @LastStandingDroid )
