Before Getting Started:
- Make a proper backup of all your important data and settings on your Galaxy S5 using a recommended custom recovery.
- Download and install correct USB drivers for Galaxy S5 SM-G900F on the PC.
- Enable USB Debugging Mode on your S5 by navigating to Settings > Developer Options. Here you can check the USB Debugging option.
- The Galaxy S5 should be unlocked.
- After installing this stock Android 5.0 Lollipop firmware, your Galaxy S5 will no longer belong to a rooted version.
- Verify the battery level of your Galaxy S5, it should be charged at least about 80% before going ahead to the installation guide.
- The custom recovery will be replaced by the stock version.

Step to Update Galaxy S5 SM-G900F to Android 5.0 Lollipop G900FXXU1BOB7 Stock Firmware:
Step No 1:- First, download the stock firmware and Odin3 zipped files from the above given links on the desktop of your PC.
Step No 2:- Unzip the firmware and Odin .zip files.
Step No 3:- Turn OFF your Galaxy S5 in order to boot into Download Mode.
Step No 4:- Turn the device ON by pressing and holding Home + Power + Volume Down keys at the same time.
Step No 5:- Run Odin flashing tool on your PC (as Administrator).
Step No 6:- While it is in Download mode, plug the Galaxy S5 to the PC using its USB data cable. If the drivers are installed properly, it will be successfully connected to the PC. The ID: COM box will turn light blue with COM port number in ODIN.
Step No 7:- In Odin, click on the AP button and choose the stock Lollipop firmware file (.tar.md5) that you have previously extracted in Step No 2.
Step No 8:- Make sure that you have checked Auto Reboot and F.Reset Time options and Re-Partition option should be unchecked in Odin.
Step No 9:- Click on the Start button in Odin to begin the installation process.
Step No 10:- After the firmware installation is completed, your device will be restarted automatically. Now you can disconnect the phone from your PC.
