Steps to Install LiquidSmooth Android 5.0.2 Lollipop on HTC One M7:
Step No 1:- First download Android 5.0.2 Android ROM (LS-LP-v4.0-2014-12-24-liquid_m7.zip) and Google Apps for your HTC One on the PC.
Step No 2:- Connect the Phone with PC using its USB Data cable.
Step No 3:- Copy the downloaded Android 5.0.2 Lollipop firmware and Gapps .zip files to your device.
Step No 4:- Now move the boot.img file to android-sdk-windowsplatform-tools directory on your PC.
Step No 5:- Power Off the HTC One in order to enter into the fastboot / bootloader mode. Power ON the phone while pressing and holding the Volume Down + Power buttons.
Step No 6:- While your device is in fastboot mode, go to “android-sdk-windowsplatform-tools directory” on your PC.
Step No 7:- Launch command prompt and enter the following given commands:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot reboot
Step No 8:- Follow the on-screen instructions and select the boot loader, then choose to boot the device in the recovery mode.
Step No 9:- From the Recovery Mode, select “install zip from sd card”and navigate to the firmware .zip file. Confirm the installation on the next screen and the flashing process will begin. Please wait, this process may take about 5 minutes to apply update.
Step No 10:- Once the installation process completed, navigate to “+++Go Back+++” and reboot the device in the normal mode.
Step No 11:- Install Google Apps (Gapps) by repeating the above steps.
