I’ve successfully updated my too to lollipop, and it’s running great, but it seems to have unrooted my phone in the process as well. Is there anything I might be able to do to root it again, preferably through cwm recovery?

Having the same issue - apps think phone is not rooted but a root check app sez YES it is rooted. Attempts to install/re-install SU produce msgs as if unrooted. Developer options are activated in my ROM - “Root access” is set to APPS & ADB.
